What’s the future of viennoiserie in the post-COVID landscape? We teamed up with Delifrance to share our future food trends and insights.
Delifrance commissioned a survey of 1,000 adults in the UK to find out how viennoiserie food culture has changed. We investigated the shift in snacking consumption for viennoiserie, the impact of health trends, and changing consumer behaviours and purchasing patterns as a result of COVID-19.
We helped the client shape the initial questionnaire to ensure the right questions were asked, and we would gather interesting and news-worthy data as a result. We analysed the data, found the most compelling stories, and offered our trends insights on what the results meant. Finally, we contributed our expert opinion to the printed report which was distributed to B2B clients and the press.
The client was delighted with our input and we are currently in discussion about subsequent future forecasting projects for 2021.
