Alexandra Hayes

Food-innovation expert Alexandra has spent the past decade working in innovation for manufacturers, retailers and hospitality providers.

She began her career as a member of Jamie Oliver’s food team and has since led teams at London 2012, Marks & Spencer and 2 Sisters Food Group's innovation division. Alexandra has worked as a freelance food and drink consultant since 2016, translating leading-edge trends into product opportunities for companies that range from small start-ups to large multinationals. She has a passion for global food culture, plays an active part in London’s culinary scene, and loves nothing more than sharing her ideas, knowledge and inspiration with like-minded partners.

Lisa Harris

Lisa is a consultant, food journalist, digital editor and strategist.

Lisa started off launching recipe websites, ATL campaigns and social media channels for Good Food Channel, Sainsbury's and Sainsbury's magazine. Her food writing is published in The Sunday Times, Time Out, The Guardian, The Independent, and Food & Travel. She has a Masters in food anthropology and literature, so she understands the cultural and social motivations behind food trends, as well as being able to predict what will come next.
