We hosted a future forecasting food and drink trends webinar for members of the Young Foodies community to inform their business strategy and NPD at this tumultuous time.
Young Foodies is the UK’s largest incubator for challenger food and drink brands, including Manilife peanut butter, Little Moons mochi balls, and Oppo Brothers low calorie ice cream. As official Young Foodies endorsed consultants, we support members with insights and reports that keep them abreast of the changing landscape.
We were invited to bring their members up to date on the 5 key trends we believed would most impact consumer behaviour post-COVID, including health, new at-home food rituals, sustainability, and redefining value.
Participants gave outstanding feedback on our insights and brand examples, and we followed this up with a blog post feature for the Young Foodies website to meet popular demand.
