Yogurt & dairy future forecasting
We were invited to share our expert take on the future of yogurt for an agency working with a major European dairy brand. The agency wanted to understand future opportunities in the category, including spaces to play and points of tension. We included cultural insights alongside consumer and big picture trends, with particular attention to the interface between health and indulgence, and finding the ‘next protein’ in health messaging.
Our report was used internally to accelerate their thinking and feed into workshops and ideation with the client. We always enjoy working on category-specific briefs that provide future forecasting signposts and get clients up to speed with the ‘now and next’ of a category.
