Food Studio Consultation

Our brief was to supply a summary and analysis of current kitchen studios and event spaces to support the concept development of a new, London multi-disciplinary space.

Our research process included interviewing experts in the field (prop stylist, photographer, art director), desk-based research to understand the current market, and speaking to kitchen studios.

We summarised both detailed and overarching findings, detailing next step recommendations and potential partners, and how to develop a clear USP.
