Breakfast on-the-go NPD
We developed three new breakfast concepts for plant-based food brand Pollen + Grace. The brief was to take their on-the-go breakfast offering forward and develop compelling, consumer-focused products that would help them win the morning market.
We developed three achievable, on brand and innovative concepts. Two of the formats were new to the brand, and one format built on their existing success. We commissioned bespoke, nationwide consumer research from Vypr to understand exactly what their target audience was looking for, and built the concepts off the back of rigorous research and category insights.
We love working with dynamic challenger brands like Pollen + Grace. The team have taken our paper concepts into the kitchen and we look forward to hearing how they develop.
